Get the part you need, when you need it

When unable to provide you a part over-the-counter, we can order it directly from one of John Deere’s regional or major distribution centers.  Emergency orders that are entered by 5 pm (Monday – Friday) are shipped the same day from those regional centers.  In contrast, we also have the ability to search John Deere's entire North American dealer inventory for stock availaibility.

Inventory

We have millions of John Deere parts inventory in stock in 5 locations, so 85% to 90% of the time, your parts can be pulled directly from our stock.  Plus, each location stocks various parts from other brands that we carry, such as Stihl, Manitou, and Ariens.  See your Green Tractors parts team today to find solutions for your success.

John Deere FLASH™ and FLASH+™ - Fast Parts Locating and Emergency Orders

Two levels of emergency backup, FLASH™ and FLASH+™ systems, result in a fill level that exceeds 99%.

FLASH™ SYSTEM

The John Deere FLASH™ (Fast Locating and Special Handling) systems provides us with customized search method to use on the rare occasion when our regional depot cannot supply a particular part.  Our parts department can locate a part at another regional depot or distribution center and can tell you immediately where the part is and how soon it will be received.

FLASH+™

FLASH+ orders (emergency orders entered after normal business hours and on Sundays) are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week and are shipped by the quickest method possible.  In most cases, often-needed parts can be shipped from the Milan, Illinois or Bruschal, Germany distribution centers to anywhere in the world, in 24 to 48 hours.
